For my personal life, yoga is a major catalyst for growth. If you’ve ever listened to Abraham Hicks or Gabby Bernstein, you may already know that when you create space for things in your life, what you want will make its way in.
So, when you go to your yoga practice, you are spending 60-75 minutes focusing on the present moment. You forget about all the worries, stress, & even good things in your life, and bring your mind to the “NOW”. Doing this allows the Universe to start to bring forth what you want out of life. Your not gripping or attaching or fixating on what you want, or what you don’t want.
By letting go of your grip, more opportunities will flood your way! More clients, more money, more e-mails with promotional offers, etc.
Not only are you benefiting your mind and body in yoga, you’re benefiting your entire experience.
This can be true for any activity where you focus your mind so intently on the present moment. Maybe it’s your workout, painting, writing, reading, gardening, mowing the lawn, pilates, whatever it may be. When you allow yourself to focus on the moment, you allow for greatness to flood into your life.
Next time you go to class, set an intention that you’re grateful to be creating space for that which you want to enter your reality.
When you begin to open your body & release stuck energy, great healing occurs. You are creating more internal space for energy to flow through. You feel more grounded, more connected, more centered. When you have a CONSISTENT yoga practice, you are setting yourself up for greater health, longevity, and mental clarity. Incorporating stretching with deep breathing is a beautiful dance of energy. The more you can get out of your head & into the moment, the happier you will be. Guaranteed.
