20 soft dates
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanila
1 tbsp pea protein (opt)
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cashew butter (any nut butter of your choosing)

Coconut Flakes to roll them in!

Add everything to a food processor and pulse until well combined! Roll into small balls in your palm, roll in coconut flakes, and store in an air tight container in the fridge.

These Coconut Coated Bliss Balls were inspired by one of my favorite YouTubers Annie Jaffery. This is a mock of her recipe, I’ve swapped out the Almond Butter for Cashew Butter. They’re super easy to make, and a perfect little snack or treat when you want something quick.
