Directions:⁣⁣


1. Set oven to 375 F⁣⁣
2. Mash banana, and add wet ingredients (mix well)⁣⁣
3. Add dry ingredients and mix together⁣⁣
4. Line 12 baking cups with mixture, press down with fork or fingers so they are compact⁣⁣
5. Top with crushed walnuts (optional)⁣⁣
6. Bake for 20 minutes! ⁣⁣

Here’s What You’ll Need:⁣⁣

1 ripe banana mashed ⁣⁣
1/2 cup almond milk⁣⁣
1/4 cup melted coconut oil⁣⁣
1/4 cup honey ⁣⁣
3 drops Lemon EO⁣⁣
3 drops Lavender EO⁣⁣
1 drop Copaiba EO (optional-anti-inflammatory)⁣⁣
1.5 cups almond flour⁣⁣
1/2 cup gluten free flour⁣⁣
1 cup rolled oats⁣⁣
1 serving vanilla protein powder ⁣⁣

1/2 cup chopped walnuts⁣⁣
2 tbsp chia seeds⁣⁣
1 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣
1/2 tsp pink salt⁣⁣
1 tsp baking powder ⁣⁣
1 tsp vanilla⁣⁣
