Mindful Movements

Enhance or begin to form a connection between your mind and body, through mindful moving and breathing techniques. We will focus on breath work, meditation and yoga. Our main focus through the moving portion will be upon our spinal column; how to effectively move it, stretch it, and expand it for greater connection between brain and body.
